played in clubs and parties throughout germany, france, netherlands, austria, norway i.e.: PI, the villa (oslo), batofar (paris), club rotterdam (rotterdam), temp-festival, fluc, klick, spark (vienna), neue heimat, tresor, hotel reiss, robert johnson, kinzo, maria, a.r.m., tacheles, dorian gray, wildpitchclub, box, milk, hd800, rote liebe, distillery....
dj-style ranges from house (moodymann/ jovonn/ nugroove), minimal (dbx/ todd sines),crispy+funky (herbert/ ark/ perlon/ akufen/ morgan geist) and (funky-)techno ala cristian vogel, neil landstrumm, claude young) to electro (drexciya/ ectomorph)-depending on location and individual situation-other styles possible, too-all kinds of mostly contemporary afro-american music like hiphop, disco, jazz, dub...generally influenced by classic detroit-techno/ chicago-house/ early warp-records, the whole brighton-stuff, and by everything experienced by him of course...
s-max is running boogizm-records together with manutchehr "fym" ghassemlou since mid of 2000.
combining tradition without being nostalgic and modern influences without risking the true monkey stylez, fym encompasses those traits which best portray idiotizm itself: passion, culture, diversity, history, algebra, biology and most importantly irresistible dance rhythms.
the depth of timbral variation that is archieved is quite fantastic and the effects are unlike any other sound. his music creates a vibe that compels both: mind and body.
his work is almost abstract but usually has a twist... it has a fantasy feel, it has a destination or drift that people sense but they don't quite know why, where or when.
several successful concerts and records prove that his work is receiving the attention it deserves. his style is appreciated by the young and old. he has been involved in music for over 15 years playing real real analouge stuff like bassguitar and drums...
on stage, accompanied by his long time live support diane, fym tends to explore and expand on his music with extended solos and impromptu chorus/shout sections plus his nice dreamy singing action that excite and charm both: listeners and dancers.

diane is fyms brain. usually she does not sing. itīs been a long tradition for both to play in the same band. fym tends to forget any note or song or bassline even before he has played it so it adds some kind of performing-safety & consistence to the live-pa. diane has played piano, flute, drums, bass and violin, programmed sequences and stuff for the electronic live jam band project "strictly homemade"... now she is adding her certain dsp-flavours and multi-timbral spices to maximize the entropy of the live set.
since the resulting and constantly mutating material is so far unreleased fym et diane are currently working scientifically on these live improvisations in their studio environment. some special reverse-track-engineering methods are used to extract data that can be used for traditional recording purposes. this is a rather exiting process - human interferred dynamic composition is transformed to static edits.
s-max sometimes joins their company on stage with a recordplayer and some vinyl... wikki-wikki-wikki...
born by his mechanical mother heidi wl-5 as maximilian wendling, paradroid is digitally yours since 1971. he absolved trainee lessons in matchbox car driving and 24 hour non-stop quartet playing as well as space pilot training including 3 D fractal error frequency listening - a performance finding it´s prophecy in searching for the aural jesus. in 1995 he sold his matchy 500 drivers license and started a career as sonic cowboy penetrating the eustachian tubes of mankind in partnership with two technics 1210 and a mixing console.
since then he was DJing various styles of electronic music in several clubs in germany like basement (wiesbaden), fusion-club (münster), space-place (frankfurt), palazzo (bingen), u 60311 bar (frankfurt), nomono (wiesbaden), groove city (mainz), wartburg (wiesbaden), c/o bar (wiesbaden), quadrat (giessen), rotor-club (chiemsee), radio hr-xxl (frankfurt), radio-x (frankfurt) and other places. in 2002 he started producing music supported by digital warfare and heavy DSP armament. paradroid music - of course; doesnīt pretend to be as valuable as a ming dynasty vase.
compared to vases however (woolworth or ming doesnīt matter in this case) it shows one tiny but significant difference: it can bounce without being destroyed. But as a friend of noble porcelain he allows himself porsche-911-behaviour without any bashfulness or embarrassment. nevertheless his music also invites semi-professional bananastate-listeners to do whatever they want to do with it. as you can see... this is a serious mission !!!

for some years, bob has been reinventing the dsp ensembles in general to incorporate his explorations into traditional as well as nontraditional musics.
the limits of the nu skool somethings are once again well explored. as with the seminal "mystic island string quartet", where renfoerds inventiveness helped to radically alter repertoire and technique bobs appearance on the boogizm imprint has pushed the frontiers of whateverness a bit further.
